How to Make Tea

■For this tea
・Warm the tea ware.
・4-5g of leaves with hot water of 150cc
・Use 70-80 degrees Celsius water.
・Use about 80 degrees Celsius water.
・Put the leaves in a gaiwan, the teacup with a lid and pour hot water up to one third level of it.
・Infuse for a while, then pour the rest into gaiwan.
・Put the lid on and wait for 5 minutes for steaming, then pour the tea into teacups as keeping the gaiwan lid a little aside.
