Our Pouchong Tea is not made from 'wen shan' from Taipei, but from'Jin-Xuan' produced at higher altitude in Nantou County. So you can enjoy the 'Jin-Xuan’ unique creamy flavor in flower aroma.
How to make tea

■For this tea
・Warm the tea ware.
・4-5g of leaves with 100 degrees Celsius water of 100cc
・Use boiling water.
・Steaming time is different for each kind of tea. Please refer to each tea instruction.
・To keep the tea density even, pour all the tea into the pitcher from the teapot right after the steaming time, then pour the tea into teacups.
