Osmanthus Oolong Tea is sometimes misunderstood as third-class tea of low quality, scented with some artificial aroma. Bad Osmanthus Oolong Tea of low price smells like ball-pen ink.
Osmanthus Oolong Tea is completely different from those fake products. It is one of the tea of best quality.
This tea becomes one of the reasons I opened this shop.
Finest flavor of this tea made by my friend Mr. Chin encouraged me to introduce them to other countries.

How to make tea

■For this tea
・Warm the tea ware.
・4-5g of leaves with 100 degrees Celsius water of 100cc
・Use boiling water.
・Steaming time is different for each kind of tea. Please refer to each tea instruction.
・To keep the tea density even, pour all the tea into the pitcher from the teapot right after the steaming time, then pour the tea into teacups.

■How to make tasty cold tea.
The way of brewing ice Oolong tea is a little different from barley tea or green tea brewing.
After steaming the leaf with 100 degrees Celsius water,
pour all the tea into a pot.
Then you can get the tea of no Astringency nor bitterness, but tasty.

You brew tea about 4 times in the way above to get enough tea in your pot,
then keep it as it cools a little. Now you put the pot in the refrigerator and cool it.
Put ice cubes as you like.
