It's made from 'Kind of Jin-Xuan(台茶12号)' which is made from '台農8号' and '硬枝紅心' breeded artficially. Tung Ting Jin-Xuan has a unique sweet milky flavor and popular especially among women. Some fake tea is flavored with artificial vanilla essence, but our Tung Ting Jin-Xuan is genuine ,so the flavor is natural.

This tea is made in 鹿谷郷 famous for the Tung Ting Oolong Tea, and we selected it as our Spring Tea in 2007.
We are prode of the flavor and you can enjoy the comfortable natural taste when you try tasting.
This year’s Tung Ting Jin-Xuan has especially rich taste, and we strongly recommend it not only for women but for men.
How to make tea

■For this tea
・Warm the tea ware.
・4-5g of leaves with 95 degrees Celsius water of 100cc
・Use boiling water.
・Steaming time is different for each kind of tea. Please refer to each tea instruction.
・To keep the tea density even, pour all the tea into the pitcher from the teapot right after the steaming time, then pour the tea into teacups.
