【遠年七子餅茶】
This tea is '遠年七子餅茶' produced in special farm in Unnan province. It's appearance is a cake-like shape. The diameter is 11.5cm and weight 100g, smaller than typical '七子餅茶'. It is named after the appearance wrapped by bamboo skin. The tea has bright red color and tastes sweet and rich.

A 100g order of this tea. appears as a single sheet. A 50g of order of this tea is broken into half and wrapped in aluminum foil. You can keep for years in good condition, but we labeled it July 2008 as the best before date, because there is a low urging to present the expired day.

【Attention!】
You need to‘rinse’tea leaves when you brew tea. Break the 5g of tea leaves (in case the teapot has a capacity of around 100cc), and pour boiling water on it. Pour off the water after 10 seconds. Then you brew the tea by following the instruction below.

How to Make Tea

4th and more	100C	+10seconds (approximately)

■For this tea
・Warm the tea ware.
・4-5g of leaves with 100 degrees Celsius water of 100cc
・Use boiling water.
・Steaming time is different for each kind of tea. Please refer to each tea instruction.
・To keep the tea density even, pour all the tea into the pitcher from the teapot right after the steaming time, then pour the tea into teacups.
