Cui Yu is a name of a tea breed. Cui Yu is a new breed named by the professor of 'the improved farm of Taiwan'. Cui Yu is made of 'Kind of Cui-Yu(台茶13号)',wich is made from '台農80号' and '硬枝紅心' breeded artificially.

Fermented lightly and smooth feeling.
The tea of 2007 has an especially good flavor and you like it if you usually have Japanese tea. Brew lightly the 1st and 2nd time, and enjoy the refresh flavor, Gentle feeling, soft flavor.
How to make tea

■For this tea
・Warm the tea ware.
・4-5g of leaves with 95 degrees Celsius water of 100cc
・Use boiling water.
・Steaming time is different for each kind of tea. Please refer to each tea instruction.
・To keep the tea density even, pour all the tea into the pitcher from the teapot right after the steaming time, then pour the tea into teacups.
