In rainy season in Taiwan insects called 'unka' eat the new buds, then the insect secretion stops the new buds from growing and changes the color into yellow. Oriental Beauty is made from these yellow-colored fuzzy leaves. Elegant honey-like aroma. No astringency is thanks to the new white fuzzy buds.
